CHILD PROTECTION STANDARDS
Mindful of the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting the threats of sexual offenses and the protection of minors, as well as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and recognizing the important role of business in ensuring respect for children’s rights, Brunów Palace adopts and implements the Child Protection Standards (also referred to as “SOM” or “Standards”).
The attached document constitutes a set of rules and procedures applied whenever there is a suspicion that a child staying at Brunów Palace may be experiencing harm, as well as measures to prevent such risks, taking into account the situation of children with disabilities and children with special educational needs.
